Depending on availability, we may be may be able to provide some bookings on a 'long weekend' basis. Please contact us if you have such a requirement and we shall do our best to accommodate you.
Standard bookings are based on a week's occupation comprising Saturday night to the following Friday night inclusively, although other time periods may be considered on request. The calendar shows available dates in blue and booked dates in red.
Bookings will be accepted by e-mail or by telephone. Each booked week will require a deposit and no booking will be valid until this has been received in full. For High Season, Mid Season and Christmas weeks a deposit of €500 is required. Low Season bookings necessitate a deposit of €200 per week. Should a booking overlap different seasons, deposits will apply accordingly.
The balance is due six weeks prior to the commencement date of the rental period booked; if not received by that date the deposit will be forfeited and the booking cancelled. Any reservations made less than six weeks before the rental date will require full payment at the time of booking.
When the balance is paid a damage/breakage deposit of €300 will also be required - this will be returned to you in full providing nothing has been damaged or broken during your stay. Any repair or replacement costs will be deducted from this deposit before it is returned. Should such costs exceed the deposit then you will be fully liable to pay the balance.
It is advisable for clients to take out travel/holiday insurance to cover unforeseen cancellation, damage liabilities, personal belongings, personal injury, accidents etc.
