The costs and charges are 170 EUR (+30 with studio) / week in order to cover water & electricity, winter heating, bathroom & pool towels, bed-linen, pool furniture, outdoor/indoor games, barbeque, end of stay cleaning, garden & pool maintenance and a ‘welcome pack’ .
Tourist's tax are not included. Electricity for car will also be added.
Deposit of €750 per week ( High & Mid Seasons) and €350 ( Low Season ).
The balance is due six weeks prior to the commencement date of the rental period booked.
When the balance is paid a damage/breakage deposit of €500 will also be required
